UT Tyler Spring 2014

Hello, I just wanted to create this thread to see who else was applying to UT Tyler for the Spring of 2014? I am applying as a transfer student and would love to meet some other nursing students. Feel free to post any comments, questions, etc. Good luck to everyone!

Do yall think that the delay is long bc so many ppl applied this round?

They keep telling us that it will be the next day or the next week! These times come and go! :roflmao: I am tired of asking or looking. Not going to check back until Friday. :roflmao::no:

There is some supposition that the board is re-evaluating all of the students for the program and possibly rethinking their selections? No evidence to back this up. Just some guessing going on! :roflmao:

No. I think that they were waiting for the next round of exams in the prerequisite classes to make their final decisions. The last class to take this exam was this past Friday. So, there you go. Just a guess on my part, but my best guess. :laugh:

It could even be as late as Friday. :( That is why I am not going to check back until late Friday. Just going to concentrate on my classes and assignments and try not to even think about it! :laugh:

Its been over 7 weeks now. I cant eve believe its taken this long.

I called the nursing dept today for myself (I know someone already called) and they again said "sometime this week probably." I don't know why they need over seven weeks to make this decision but I'm trying to be patient since that's all I can do! Hang in there everyone! Thursday and Friday are not that far away if they really are sending emails this week :) just focus on your classes and we will get them soon! Good luck to all!

I just received my letter! I got into the Accelerated BSN program on the Longview campus!
