Last time I checked, a netbook will not fit in your pocket. A small tablet will and that is what we need this for. We need this to carry in our pockets for clinicals.

We all received our letters over the past hour! All of our study group made it in on the Palestine campus! Woooo Hooooo!

You should receive them in your school e-mail.

Congratulations! Some one in Longview must have been tired of waiting and sent out the letters anyway! Tyler and Palestine did not receive letters today.

It could even be as late as Friday. That is why I am not going to check back until late Friday. Just going to concentrate on my classes and assignments and try not to even think about it!

No. I think that they were waiting for the next round of exams in the prerequisite classes to make their final decisions. The last class to take this exam was this past Friday. So, there you go. Just a guess on my part, but my best guess.

They keep telling us that it will be the next day or the next week! These times come and go! I am tired of asking or looking. Not going to check back until Friday. There is some supposition that the board is re-evaluating all of the students for the program and possibly rethinking their selections? No evidence to back this up. Just some guessing going on!

No, MrsLazaro, I have not heard a thing! Only a lot of potential students grumbling including me! I have heard that they usually send out these letters at the very end of the day. So, it is another hurry up and wait kind of day. Maybe today is the day? On another note, I hope that everyone was able to have a nice week end and just forget about these letters for a couple of days. :) I wish everyone luck with their letters and in the remainder of our semesters! :)

I am beginning to think maybe Monday. The person that I spoke with said Monday at the latest. I am beginning to think that they are looking at these boards and getting a great laugh out of this!

If we get the letter today, it will be around 5p.m. I am thinking. They always seem to send them out right at the end of the day. They have everyone miserable with all of this waiting. We will get it when we get it.

I have heard that if you have at least 73 points that you are competitive.

Tomorrow or Monday at the latests. Waiting on the folks that run the show to make some decisions for the students. I am hoping for tomorrow also. Sure is taking them a long time. Letters are ready. Just waiting on the word to be given. :)

I know this because I am in a UT nursing pre-requisite class and the director of that program told us that we had to wait until then. Told us why we had to wait and so I am just passing on some of the info for your benefit. I am not at liberty to tell everything but will tell enough to help you out with the waiting. :)
