UT Tyler nursing spring

Am applying to UT tyler nursing program for spring 2015. Anyone else applying? Feel free to post comments.

I'm applying in February for Fall 2015. It's those 2 nursing prereq classes that are making me have to wait till the Fall. I'm planning on taking them nxt summer. Have you taken those 2 nursing classes yet? How were they?

I am also applying for Spring 2015. Have you already submitted your application? If you don't mind, what are your stats? I am left with two more classes to take- Texas Government and US History I

I have 92 points. Am taking the nursing classes this fall. But I don't know, I have to move to Tyler, because they are not offered online. I didn't know, am confused, I cannot break my lease too, and I can't drive back and forth every week for these classes.

I am applying for Spring 2015 also! And I am taking the two nursing classes this fall with stats II, speech, and med term. I have already purchased the books! And I am hoping to get both the online classes. Concepts is completely online, and patho only has one online class open, that has about 20 open seats. I cannot register for them however until I submit my application after Summer II.

I'm applying to the Palestine campus in the Spring! I have all my prereqs and am core complete with an Associate in Arts! I'm also planning on taking Concepts and Patho this Fall but I have to wait until the Nursing advisor gets back this week to approve my registration. I'm also taking the TEAS on August 7th an am so nervous!! What are you guys points and what campus are you applying to?

I just turned in my application. I don't know how many points I have. I'll be taking nursing concepts and patho online through UT Arlington in the Fall.

Hello,

I will be submitting my application this week for UT Tyler, Spring 2015. I just took the TEAS V exam last Saturday. Are any of you applying for the Accelerated BSN track as I am? I am under the impression that we are not permitted to register for the Concepts and Pathophysiology courses until formal acceptance to the nursing program. Is this correct? Or is it possible that I take these classes this fall?

U can take them this fall. I spoke with my advisor, before registering for those courses. She will have to give u a permission code before u can actually register. U have to have them before u start the program in spring.

Thank you, Briana. I have inquired about this with my advisor. I was under the impression that we were to take these starting in Jan 2015 prior to the official classes starting in May 2015. It appears that we can take them early. Perhaps I will see you this fall semester then! Hopefully, there are still some openings...

This must be a difference between the traditional and accelerated nursing tracks because I received an email that we must be accepted to the program before receiving the permission code for those classes.

@loyalWeim, my advisor gave me permission codes so am registered for the fall.
