Wanted to start this thread for all those who are planning on applying or have applied. 

Hello! I will be starting residency this Summer. I wanted to ask those that have already gone through the program. How the first week was leading into the second week in terms of scheduling? I have a wedding the weekend of first week so I wanted to know how flexible they are with missing a day. Thanks!

Hi there! The NRP team is very flexible with your schedule. I would e-mail Demetrice (or who is currently in charge of your program) and let them know ASAP about your wedding plans - they'll send you a form to fill out and get approved. They have accommodated everybody I know who's had pre-planned life events and obligations ? Hope this helps! & congratulations!

Hello! I really appreciate your reply. Glad to know they have been accommodating. I will go ahead and email the recruiter who sent out our offer letters and let him know of those dates. Thank you so much!
