UT Southwestern, is this a good hospital?

Just moved to Dallas, wondering if anyone has any experience working at this hospital? 
Positive or negative reviews?

Also, trying to find a job in cardiac PCU or cardiac ICU on days though and only have seen night shifts posted, curious if they only do day shift by seniority??

Hey I don't work there but I did travel contracts through DFW and currently staff at another hospital in the area. 

They tend to offer the lowest pay comparatively to Baylor/THR/Methodist in the area, teaching hospital, but they do have a great health insurance plan from what other nurses mentioned. 

I know they work closely with Parkland as a majority of their physicians and residents cover both hospitals
