Hi! Here's a new forum for everyone applying for the July 2020 Nurse Residency at UTSW. The application closes on Dec. 1st! I applied for the Women's services track!

Do they normally send out rejections? I haven’t seen anyone who got accepted to ICU so I’m not sure if I should lose hope yet. :/

Lexi the person in charge of the nurse residents left UTSW at the beginning of interviews. I think this is causing some delays. I am trying to utilize my resources to figure out what is going on and when they are sending out acceptances and rejections. I will keep everyone posted.

Thank you for that update! I’m not sure if it makes me feel better or worse but it definitely explains this long wait. Please do keep us updated if you hear anything else!

I’m an internal for critical care- my manager said to just wait patiently- no one has heard back yet from ICU
