Hello everyone!

I want to start a thread for those of you applying to UT-Houston's BSN-DNP CRNA program for 2017 admission. How is everyone faring so far? Being that this is a competitive program, this is a place where we can help each other out essentially.

I'm finishing up my application soon. Who else is doing the same?! What are your stats? Mine are:

GPA 3.8

GRE: 306

3 years SICU

CCRN

My pleasure and thanks! It was a very tough decision to make... my family has decided on declining UT's acceptance; I will be going to Baylor.

By the way, there is now a status update on the Admission's page. I left the webpage Tab open on my computer and just noticed the change!

My pleasure and thanks! It was a very tough decision to make... my family has decided on declining UT's acceptance; I will be going to Baylor.

My status has changed to accepted as well. I think it's safe to say all the official offers are out.

I am waitlisted. Not sure what exactly that means.... does it mean declined in a nice way?

Not at all! It means you are on a list of a few people that may get chosen if a spot opens up from someone who decides not to go to UT that was accepted. Make sense?

Hi! Congrats to everyone that got in! I was placed on the waitlist. They did not say how many are on the waitlist so I have no idea if there is an order or what place I would be on the list to know where I stand. For those that were accepted, is there a date that they state you should accept or decline the offer by? Thanks!
