Didn’t see a post about the USF ME-MSN program for Summer 2020 and thought I’d start one! Feel free to reply about your thoughts, updates on the application/decisions, etc!!

This is my fourth (and final) time applying. I have been waitlisted every single time, and have finally applied to other schools so I have options now. Rookie mistake only applying to USF 3x. Good luck to everyone ?

4 times??!! I hope you get accepted somewhere this time! I have also been waitlisted every single time I applied to USF and I believe because of my GPA. I am currently waitlisted for UCD so we'll see! I know how frustrating it is to wait a long time but don't give up!

Since my GPA is not very competitive I put in a lot more work on the rest of my application to boost my chances. On my personal statement I emphasized on my career goals and my interests a lot more. I also changed the format of my resume to make it look more professional and acceptable. For my LOR’s I made sure they were current since previously when I applied they were from 5-6 years ago. Just hoping for the best now ?

I haven’t submitted my FAFSA yet but hopefully mine will update once I do. There are no interviews! Just decisions made at the 10 week mark.
Some stats:
-graduated with my BS in Athletic Training from SDSU
-GPA: 3.56
-Did not take the GRE or other tests but still in the process of taking my physiology lab and a lifespan development psychology class!
