Usd (ca) mepn fall 2014 applicants

Hi! I have yet to find any threads on the University of San Diego's MEPN '14 applicants. I submitted on the day of the deadline.... anyone else out there????

Hi there!

I just submitted my USD MEPN application last week and I received an email from them the other day saying my application has been submitted for admission consideration. I can't wait to hear back from them in January.

PinkRose34. Awesome! congrats. Was the email stating the timeline for everything? I received one a couple days ago as well. Are you applying to any other programs?

morganw1, yup, my e-mail said the same thing. I'm also applying to UCSF, USF, and Western University of Health Sciences. How about you?

btw, this is my second round. I applied last year to Columbia, Yale, and Penn. All rejections but I gave it a good shot and all three are uber competitive.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what the statistics are for last year's (2013) MEPN program? (how many applied, how many were interviewed, and many were accepted)

Hello! I applied to USD in mind-September . I received an email with a log in and password to mysandiego account to track my application but I have no idea how to track it. I confirmed that my application was submitted for consideration though. I know we get invitations in early January so I am anxiously waiting .....good luck to everyone ! :nailbiting:

To track it just go to the admissions tab, then applicant tab below it, USD Application menu, then click Fall 2014. Good luck everyone!

Hi Everyone! I also applied to USD for fall and am anxiously awaiting! My goal is to be a geriatric nurse specialist, so I would love a chance to get into a MEPN program.

Morganw1 -- did the portal say in the status portion "under review" or "ready for review" ? Mine still says it's complete and waiting for review. I suppose it changes once they view it? Soon enough we all find out. Best of luck everyone!

Mine just says "Committee Review" before it said "Ready for Committee Review". It'll definitely change when they review your application, i've been looking at mine once a day and it only changed like two days ago.
