USC New Grad Residency September 2022

Hi all! I wanted to create this forum for the USC New Grad Program set to start September 12th. Good luck to you all ?

My interview was scheduled for July 8th however I had some problems and had to move it to today. I interviewed with them today for the cardiothroacic ICU unit. It was about an hour interview.

Congrats on the offer! How did the interview go? What kinds of questions did they ask?

Interviewed today for 7N! Wondering if it is unit specific that offers be made the same day or if that is normal for all units. please share if you get an offer!

Hi! I thought it was okay.. Not sure!

They asked all behavioral questions, no clinical case studies. Just have patient scenarios on hand for those "tell me about a time" questions!

Received a verbal offer via phone but haven't received anything from HR. Anyone else hear from HR yet?

hello everyone I recently interviewed for transplant ICU and my interview was exactly a week ago, still haven't heard back, I was wondering has anyone interviewed for the same unit and/or similar unit and have interviewed already. Then with also getting either getting a offer or rejection? just wanted to know what the timeframe is. at the end they told to wait "in the next coming days." thanks ?
