Oh my goodness, I'm biting my nails!! We had a slight family emergency and I was pulling long shifts and took a PALS coorifice this week, so I missed a call from my recruiter on Wednesday. I guess I thought he was just calling me since I emailed him the night before asking when I might hear back from him. He didn't leave a message saying if I got in or not, just to call him back ... (I'm assuming it's not at this point) but now I have to wait all weekend to find out!! Im a Northern California applicant... anyone else on here go through the same recruiter?

I did. I've been trying to contact him for the past couple of days to find out what number on the alternate list I was.... he's so hard to get in touch with!!! Good luck though!

The waiting is going to be another lesson in patience for me....I graduate in May...how long did you wait to take the NCLEX?

Hahah..waiting isn't my expertise either! I'm EXTREMELY impatient lol. Ughhh
Hey Tasha,
He's on Vacation right now, but I was able to get ahold of him, and I'm an alternate. He didn't know exactly what number I was but thought it was around #23. He mentioned getting 6mo of full time experience, but what I couldn't understand from him was if that was required or if that was to apply as a clinical nurse and not NTP. I'm confused. Anyway, do you know how likely they are to take alternates that low on the list?
We should start an alternates form now....hmmm
Started one for ya :) Title: Air Force July NTP Alternates :)
Go girl! I was going to do it after my kiddos were in bed :) Thanks, you're awesome!!

Anyone going to Oct. 15th COT? Or get Lackland AFB?? :) :)
You got Lackland?!? I'm sooo jealous! Enjoy! I love SA!
Ps...was Lackland your first choice?
Yeah! I've heard from everyone I've talked to that they loved it there and the hospital was big so that worked for me!
