USA Hospital recruiters

Hi Everyone

Was wondering if anyone knows of individual hospitals recruiting international nurses.Read on aafen forum that Bridgeport and Hillcrest held interviews in London UK in March/April.:up:

A lot are delaying taking on foreign nurses due to retrogression and no idea when you will be out in the US working. On average looking at 3-5 years and much could happen then.

Do you think if i went to the states on a different visa and then apply within it would be quicker?

There is no way you can adjust visa at the moment, to change visa visa allocation needs to be current and doubt that will happen for many years.
