hi. I am from Manila..My original US license is registered at Vermont State... Is it possible to have it endorsed to different states ( Texas, California etc) all at the same time? Thanks.

Endorsements can be for multiple states at the same time. But know many states require a valid SSN and several, including VT & CA, will reject any application without a valid SSN and no refund of fees paid. Be sure to read the requirements for each state. CA requires the same assessment for license by examination or endorsement for an IEN.
