Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle announced as the coordinating center for vaccine clinical trials run by the Covid-19 Prevention Network, which is funded by the National Institutes of Health. I don't think the vaccine will work. If people who were infected can become infected again, then the vaccine won't work. There's no inherent immunity. I also wonder if it will continuously mutate like the flu. It's already mutated a few times.

If anyone is going to come out with one it will be China. But truly I don't either considering almost 10 years later they never got one for SARS-COV-1. And 38 years later there's none for HIV, another pesky retrovirus.

In fact I've watched in awe as TRILLIONS of taxpayer dollars have been handed out to companies who have a one hit wonder headline about their "breakthrough" only to never be heard about again.
