There is a pay range in this job announcement: https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/404865800
Most LPN jobs are a grade of GS-6. There are step increases that can come into play with time and experience, and you can often negotiate a higher step before you accept the position (just don't accept and then negotiate, it doesn't work that way; negotiate first). Locality pay is also a factor. You can look up the pay tables here: Salaries & Wages. The pay calculator is helpful too: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/salaries-wages/2015/general-schedule-gs-salary-calculator/
Hope that helps!
