  3. I make about 30/hr after shift diff and all, but I'm weekend option, so that helps alot.

    Memorizing the algorithms has served me well, I have used ACLS skills often and generally one of the go to people during them times.

  10. LOL I would have asked him for a bailout. One night we had a old lady come in that was loosing her mind, she was calling the doctor the devil and in her mind he was. It was sad for the daughter because while they were trying to commt her to cherry she was yelling "I am God" Daughter was tore of over it.

  13. Yes, I am considering it. I'm a very experineced LPN with ED experience so that should help, we'll see.
  14. I also don't use "No change" because if something happens how can you prove no changes unless you assess the pt . For examople, can there be no changes to lung sounds without listening again to say no change.
