Greetings fellow 2018 UPenn BSN/MSN applicants! Just thought I could start a thread for the incoming applicants so we can help each other out through the application process.
Does anyone know if we need to submit separate transcripts for study abroad programs if it's already clearly stated on our official undergraduate transcript? Thanks! : )
Does anyone have a sense of what the aid packages look like? I'd love to go to Penn (now that I know I've been accepted ABSN), but the raw price point is not realistic, which is killing me.
I'm also concerned because I'm 10 months shy of the 30-year-old cut off to NOT include my parents' taxes (though, I have been financially independent from them for the better part of a decade), and know they consider that for some reason.

No sense yet, but the Checklist addendum did say: "If you have submitted your financial aid materials we hope to have a financial aid package available within7-14 days." So hopefully we'll know soon...
Hello All,
I recently was accepted to UPenn BSN/MSN for the psychiatric mental health specialty, but am thinking about changing to Adult/Gerontology Acute Care NP. Any AGACNPs out there that could provide more information on the program? Does UPenn require you to take time between the BSN and MSN portion to work as an RN?

Yes they do require you to take at least a year between the ABSN and MSN portions of the program!
Hi there! Also waitlisted and I have not heard anything yet. I was planning on calling after the date they gave us, I believe the 17th, if I had not heard back by then.
I emailed and called multiple times with no response their admissions office is really quite awful. But hoping we at least get some info after the 17th!

You should definitely keep trying the main line throughout the day today. They answered me for the first time in weeks the day before yesterday. I'm so sorry for the frustration though. I don't think they have sent out all of the decision letters yet because the woman at the front desk told me that decisions would be sent out throughout this week.
