2013 UPenn BSN/MSN Applicants

Hi Everyone! This topic thread is for those applying to UPENN BSN/MSN program summer 2013. I hope we can create a support network here!

I will be applying to the nurse-midwifery and WHNP program and have begun writing my personal statement. Their application should be completely available July 15th but you should be able to create an account. Good luck everyone!

Waitlisted, looks like I will be going to Emory unless I get off the waitlist!!!

Waitlisted but just found out I got into Marquette so I feel good knowing that I'm going somewhere and that I'll be a PNP-AC no matter what! Now I must go kill my interview at Duke!

@kconkling, yes i received that response as well.

To those who were denied, keep your chin up! You are all amazing applicants who have a lot to offer ANY school that you choose to attend. I know we will all end up where we belong.

For those of you accepted. Did any of your responses say: If you are a BSN/MSN applicant, the Graduate Division of the School of Nursing will contact you directly regarding your MSN decision.....?

Yeah. it did. that kinda scares me.

@feminista_siempre and @kconkling, they should email your MSN decision within 24 hours though. It kind of scares me a bit too but...here's hoping for the best!

For those of you waitlisted:

any idea what the chances are of getting accepted from the wait list (statistically)? I know they said they historically accept people from the wait list, but I want something more concrete! Also, Is the wait list numbered?
