Hi Everyone! This topic thread is for those applying to UPENN BSN/MSN program summer 2013. I hope we can create a support network here!
I will be applying to the nurse-midwifery and WHNP program and have begun writing my personal statement. Their application should be completely available July 15th but you should be able to create an account. Good luck everyone!
feminista_siempre - I received a similar e-mail regarding my financial aid forms (last Friday)...hoping that means good news tomorrow!
I'm a former Penn State grad and I also encounter Pennsylvania residents that confuse UPenn and PSU. Frustrating, but gives me a great opportunity to talk about the positive aspects of both schools.
Best of luck to everyone tomorrow.
I keep playing the scenario of finding out that I got in - and then I get super excited! But then I play the scenario of getting rejected and feeling completely bummed out! Tomorrow I'm planning to go to the gym, clean out my closet, and go to Goodwill. That should keep me occupied until 3pm EST (noon my time). Good luck everyone!
Jealous of the rest of you guys that get to spend the day going to the gym, baking, etc! At work trying to focus on the pile of stuff I have to get done today, but I can't say my productivity level has been very high. Have plans tonight with a friend to go to a wine bar either in celebration or to drown my sorrows. The only good thing is that I'm in PST so it feels like the news comes faster just because it's sooner in my day.
Here's to sincerely hoping we all have cause for celebration!!!!
I have been jealous of you west coasters since I woke up at 8 am and thought that if I were sleeping like you all I wouldn't have to think about this. Or, that I could mini celebrate On my lunch break if I were you all.Bah.I can't check the website at work so I have to take a non cigarette break (I don't smoke) to check. I will be counting on you all to confirm that at 3 the results are up!

Hahaha I can't sleep so I am opening my secret weapon: charonnay and an episode of Revenge that I saved for tonight to distract myself. Tomorrows plan of distraction: gym (running slowly, haha!!), haircut, visiting SPCA to play with puppies, and baking a chocolate cake. That should keep me distracted long enough, right??? Aaaahhhhhh :)
What is everyone else's plan of distraction?
