Recently I have been having anxiety for my upcoming NCLEX exam so I re - schedule it. I feel like I still need more time to study. My ATT is still valid until June 24, 2024. But I'm confused because when I unscheduled the appointment on my Pearson Vue account I am having hard time to schedule it again. It say's there that appointment cannot be scheduled online and please contact by going to Pearson Vue website. I have tried calling them for 12 times already today on phone but my line always got cancelled. I don't know what else to do so I turned to this page and I hope someone could help me by giving some ideas on how I can get schedule again for exam. Thank you in advance to those who will take time to response on my post.

Sorry you're going through such a stressful situation. I know this sounds silly, but besides calling them, have you tried submitting an inquiry: Submit a request – NCSBN (zendesk.com)? Have you looked into their hours of operation to ensure that you're contacting them at times they're available? I hope you get this sorted and wishing you the best on your NCLEX!
