So I just graduated from nursing school with my BSN and passed my NYS boards. I recently applied for a new grad position at a hospital. I got interviewed by HR and a nurse manager. Three days later I got a call from HR saying whoever had to sign off on paperwork before an official offer can be made is on vacation so they can't make an official offer yet, but would call me back. It's been two weeks since that call and have yet to hear back. Everyone keeps saying it could take longer since it was just Labor Day weekend and I should freak out until the end of the week, but I'm nervous they changed their minds or were never going to offer me the position to begin with. Any advise on what I should do?
