UNLV Spring 2020

Just wanted to create a thread for those who are applying for the Spring 2020 semester. Does anyone have tips to prepare for nursing school? What's the process like? It is a huge transition? Thanks in advance.

I feel you I been freaking out since the 1st cause I remember them saying we’ll find out anytime between the 1st-13th!!!!

I believe If you got accepted to UNLV by spring 2019 math 120 is still accepted. Otherwise math 124 and higher will be the requirement from now on.

Yes same! Every morning since the 1st I’ve been waking up thinking “today’s the day!” And then obsessively check my emails lol.

I keep feeling like what if something is wrong/missing on my application. ? I seriously have to shut my phone off for a few days because my anxiety is through the roof!

I usually leave my phone on vibrate, but the past week i've put the volume on high so i don't miss a potential call? I'm a nervous wreck!

You guys,

I just got my acceptance email ?

Just wanted everyone to know they've started sending them. Good luck to everyone! If you haven't gotten the email by next Monday, I suggest you call the School of Nursing, because the information session is November 14th.

It is also my second time applying so just wanted to let anyone know if it doesn't come you the first time, I know the feeling and just work hard and pray lots. Good luck guys!

I didn’t get accepted applied with a 91.86

Just got my acceptance email at 9:44am, applied with 96.6 points!

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you call the School of Nursing and they told you that was the score you had? I'm wondering if that's the score you calculated yourself.

You can always re-apply for summer too, even with the same score. I think they say it's less competitive than spring. I applied with the same score I applied with for the Fall 2019.

I got my email this morning! I applied with 93.7 points. I can’t wait to meet you all.

@Jim92 I’m really sorry to hear that. I was in your shoes a few months ago. This was my second time applying. Please reapply and see where it takes you. I wish you the best of luck!
