UNLV SON Summer 2014

Published

Is anyone else planning on applying to UNLV SON for the summer 2014 start?

You mean the contract signing? Its the friday one. But i thought as far as orientation we all have the same orientation date?

Yeah the contract signing I meant. Nice mine is Friday too. I'll see u there

Ohh okay nevermind then! It must have been another Mike in my lab. These pictures are so small on here it's hard to tell! Welcome Mark and Rose!

Sorry for taking long but I called at 4:45ish lol and my points are 88.8 I'm hopeful, but I might try to retake chem cause if I get an A in that I'll have 90 points.

Awesome mike! Ill see u then! Thanks brian! Hey i hope u do get the call to if not Roseman has a really good program as well i like their block scheduling u only take one class per block but the passing is 90 which is higher than unlv's 75

Good luck to you rose :) I had actually took chem 110 and 111, and got Bs, the. I took chem 108 and got an A. I hope you get in though :)

Mark are you talking about the nclex pass rate, last I checked unlv was about. 95, with roseman around 90, both are still really good

No I think he means you have to maintain a 90% at Roseman as compared to maintaining a 75% at UNLV. For instance if you don't get a 90 you have to repeat the semester/block.

Yeah mark, Roseman has an awesome program. It has super high NCLEX passing rates because their senior seminar graduation test is the NCLEX exam from the previous year. So if you can pass it, you most likely will pass the NCLEX. But I'm holding out hope for unlv cause I invested a lot of time here lol

Yeah Jordan, the Roseman program is a lot harder but truthfully it prepares you very well for the NCLEX

Thanks jordan! Yeah tigerarmy i was talking about the score for maintaining just like jordan said not the nclex passing rate. both schools actually have the highest passing rate for nclex compare to any other accredited schools here in nevada its just that unlv is 20 thousands less inexpensive lol

Yeah at unlv, youre going to spend roughly 25 to 27 thousand on the program. Its 47000 for the rosman program
