University of West Georgia Summer 2019

Published

I'm going to be applying for the University of West Georgia BSN program. I'm 32 and the mother of three kids and redoing my prerequisites since most expired. I currently hold a BA and am curious to know what your GPA was that got you into the previous class as well as your HESI A2 score. Previous school I graduated with a 3.57 GPA and hold a 4.0 in my current science and math courses. What do I need to actually be competitive for the program?

@Kcool, they look at the state registry to confirm that you are certified.

Can anyone who was accepted into either the Carrollton or Newnan campus give insight as to what they feel was the accepting criteria? Such as general GPA, HESI scores, etc? Also, what is good study material for the HESI Exam? I have heard the sciences do not expire. However, I am retaking them, as I have B's and I want to bump up to A's to be more competitive.

HELP! I’m applying for nursing for summer 2020 at the university of West Georgia. I will be applying without one of my sciences (a&p 2) and I’m stressing out. The application says they will make exceptions for students in my position (missing a science). But I feel like it will push me to the bottom of the list. I have a 3.7 gpa and I take the HESI in December! If anyone is in the program that had my same situation please reply! I’m stressing!!!
