University of West Georgia Summer 2019

I'm going to be applying for the University of West Georgia BSN program. I'm 32 and the mother of three kids and redoing my prerequisites since most expired. I currently hold a BA and am curious to know what your GPA was that got you into the previous class as well as your HESI A2 score. Previous school I graduated with a 3.57 GPA and hold a 4.0 in my current science and math courses. What do I need to actually be competitive for the program?

Hi!!! I'm applying to UWG BSN nursing program summer 2019 as well. I'm 31 and a mother of 3. I have a BS in healthcare management. I haven't taken my HESI yet but just transferred to UWG. I have an A in all sciences and but an C in math. Studying really hard for the HESI. What is considered competitive for the program?

Hi everyone! I have applied for UWG BSN Summer 2019. Just got the confirmation email today. I am 35 and mother of 2. I am transferring in so I do not have all of the bonus points, but hopefully I have enough of everything else to get in!! Good luck to everyone!!!

Hi everyone! I am a transfer student and I applied just 4 days to the deadline. I have been stalking my email for over 3 weeks now waiting to see a decision. Does anyone know when they will be sending out acceptance email?

They say by April 1st but previous years posts say a little earlier sometimes

Hi all, I applied to the UWG BSN program for this summer. Hopefully we hear something back very soon. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time.

I just received the email that I have been accepted to the Newnan campus. I wanted the Carrollton campus so bad. I want to be done in 6 semesters and not 8 semesters.

I received an email that I was not excepted to University of West Georgia. I did however receive an exceptance to both LaGrange College and Mercer. I chose to attend LaGrange. I began in the fall.

Congratulations NurseMeg2b. I am so happy for you.

Thanks!!! @Juliepink I’m happy for you as well. When will classes start for you?

You are welcome@ Nursemeg2b. Classes are starting June 3rd

Does anyone know what they check as far as CNA Certification? Do they require proof of program completion or just that you have passed the examination to become certified?
