Hi all... I am a pre-nursing student hoping to apply to the U of U program this January. Its is quite the competitive school in Utah... Any experiences from those already accepted or those rejected? I would love it if you share your story :)

thanks in advance!

I worked as a CNA (HCA) at the U hospital. It was fun to be in the float pool, working around the different units. I’m going to Ameritech for nursing since it’s the easiest route for me. But if you work as an aide at the hospital you get 50% off your tuition, BUT you have to be a student as well. Unlike at IMC/IHC where it’s 25% off your tuition at any school.

Amanda I'm considering Ameritech as well, but I'm a bit nervous. Why did you choose Ameritech?
