Hi everyone!

I have applied to the NP Program at U of T Bloomberg for 2021, paediatric specialty. My file currently says "under review" and all my documents are received. I'm wondering if anyone has received an offer of admission yet? How long did it take to hear of a decision once you were under review? Thanks!!

I applied to the acute care stream, but haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully we hear from them soon!

I hope so!! I wonder how long they typically take to make a decision once your application is "under review".

I am also eagerly awaiting a response! I feel like my application has been "under review" for months at this point ?. I attended their virtual information session, and from an obsessive perusal of the website, they start to send the offers out at the end of March.

I applied to the global health stream. Did anyone apply to other programs in the province? I applied to Ryerson & York, but also haven't heard a thing. 

Is anyone aware of the grades and stats of people who have been accepted in the past? I feel like a somewhat competitive applicant; however, I've heard it's very hard to get in, so I'm not sure what makes for a successful applicant.

I also applied and submitted my application back in December 2020. I have been checking the portal obsessively (on a daily basis, oops). I did email the admissions person and she did say that they will start sending out admissions end of March too, so it's definitely coming. Just a bit anxious as some people have already heard from other schools (I.e. McMaster). She also said that early submission of application does not make any difference in their decisions.

I also applied for the PMNP Adult stream if that makes any difference.

I applied for the pediatric stream in November and it’s been “under review” since early Jan. I think they send out all offers of admission at the same time regardless of when you applied. A friend who recently graduated from the program says they will send out offers in March, although their website says April. Hopefully we will all hear soon!

Sounds like we should be hearing soon! ?? I’m curious if anyone knows if the decision will appear on our online application account or if we will receive a letter in the mail?

Does UT NP programs interview applicants?

From what I’ve heard yes, not all though.
