University of Texas at Tyler's Pre-Nursing classes tough?

U.S.A. Texas

Published

Hello all,

I am a current student at UT Tyler, and I applied for Palestine and Tyler's BSN program. The woman told me that I had to do well in both Pathophysiology and Professional Concepts of Nursing because it will determine if I get selected for the program since I didnt do as expected on the TEAS exam. What I want to know is...how hard are these 2 classes? I want to at least make a B in both or make an A in one and a B in the other. Please get back at me as soon as possible because I will start these classes in the Fall of 2013.

Thanks!

I just graduated on may from UT, I made a B in patho and an A in concepts. Just go to class, listen, and study using terrify. You'll do fine.

Ok what's terrify??

Ok what's terrify ??

I don't know how hard the classes are, but it looks like I'll be joining you this Fall. I haven't taken my TEAS yet. I plan to in August.

Good luck!

@prhodes: she meant tegrity... lol terrify lol. Well, I thought she meant terrifying, because UT Tyler nursing school was... TERRIFYINGLY hard. Not impossible, but Jesus it was hell of life I had during nursing school years. At least in level 1 and 2, and medsurg II (level 3), I focused mostly on tegrity, not the book. good luck you will want to blow the school up sometimes lol jkjk
