I would recommend doing a cover letter! My experience is only in adult health & I explained in detail how my experience could be useful in the NICU. I tried my hardest to tailor my resume to family centered care! I hope that helps.

Yep I did that on both applications 😭 thanks for the advice though. 
 

off topic , is their pay competitive for fellowship?
