Hey Everyone!

I am excited to start this journey. I didn't see a topic for this program yet so I thought I would start one.

My Stats:

TEAS - 92.9%

Science GPA - 4.0

Overall GPA - 3.8

One because my in-law teaches there as well as being on the board for the nursing school, which I did not know she was. Two because my spouse is military....there is a concern about having to PCS during the program as well as having a Houston and San Diego address. They are questioning where I live a majority of the time. Given all of that, I'll be surprised if I get accepted. She told me to call on Monday.

Did she give a list of examples of negatives by any chance?

Nope...just me specifically when I mentioned about not hearing anything yesterday.

When you call Monday, what are you going to ask? Im not sure if I should call and just see when they think the next round of acceptances will come out

Whether I was accepted or not. My husband made officer and he is trying to choose orders and it is all dependent on whether I got in or not that he will choose accompanied for us to go with him or unaccompanied so we can stay behind. We didn't think decisions would take this long but I also didn't know they pushed the deadline until just recently.

If we call, can they tell us over the phone even if our MyStar isn't updated?

I have no idea but I'm going to find out on Monday. I called last time and they told me of my rejection for Fall 2023 before there was any update in MyStar.

I just asked if I had got in as others had received acceptance and waitlist notifications and I had received nothing and no changes had occurred in MyStar. Whoever answered transferred me to someone else who told me of my rejection. She then went over a few things with me and told me to re-apply. My rejection letter did not come for another two weeks after I made that call. It's still early so I wouldn't call just yet.

Also has anyone gotten their actual acceptance letter?

So do we think that mystar is completely updated with those who are accepted?  My account is still showing Active and Complete.

Will there be another wave of acceptance updates on mystar this week?
