Vulnerable populations starting 5/20

Nursing Students Texas (UTA)

I am starting this forum for those of us taking this course in May to interact and offer eachother encouragement and assistance.

Specializes in Pediatrics, LTC.

I'm doing the happy dance! I currently work for the DA and we had to take both FEMA courses. They were awful but certificate is in hand!

Thanks ScarletFire, I found the FEMA link. I am really not looking forward to this class.

I know, nobody looks forward to Vulnerable. At least in this class, you can work ahead (if you have time) and the discussions aren't too bad. When I took it in Feb, there were only 3. Since you got the FEMA thing out of the way, you just have to worry about assignments for 4 weeks instead of 5.

PM me if you need anything else.

I did the ICS FEMA class today. It wasn't too bad, and they emailed my certificate this afternoon! So, at least I'm done with that.

Hello Everyone,

I will be starting this class too. I've been reading the comments about this course and pray it's not too bad, taking Stats also. Good luck to us all.

I just took college algebra (8wk session) online and THAT CLASS WAS SUPER HARD. And I think i'm pretty good at math....be careful with this one. Feel free to PM me if/when u take it for tips.

My message was supposed to be a reply...^^^ sorry :(

Alright guys the class is open, lets get this done!!!!

I starting reviewing all of the required work for this class and I can see it is going to be a long 5 weeks. Lots of writing to do.

Can any one find what days the quizes are open?

Thank you ChicagoRNlove for the heads up. :)

I am not sure about week's one quiz. I saw that weeks two is already available.

Has any one taken the quiz yet? I was just wondering how hard it was.
