Hey! I got accepted to the University of Southern nevada's BSN program for January 2010. I was starting this thread for other people who got accepted. This will also be helpful for roomate searches. Also, anyone who has applied and is awaiting an interview can feel free to join the thread!

Congrats! I have an appointment to speak with an adivsor tomorrow. Hopefully I can apply for the BSN program and get into the February 2011 block.

Hi! I got accepted to the Jan. 2011 BSN too! Congrats to you Inspiration! I will be relocating from Norcal and I'm getting a little nervous...it'll be January before we know it! Has anyone got any good leads on great aptment locations nearby and the best way to find roomates? Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hey guys! Congrats on being accepted. Quick question for you all. When did you actually interview and how long did it take to hear you were accepted? I had an interview like two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm getting worried that I didn't get in. Any thoughts?

I had my interview oct 19th and got an email offer letter a week after I sent my TEAS scores in because I didn't take my test until a few days after my interview.

I just submitted my application last week. I hope I get accepted for the April program. You mentioned you are from Norcal so I was curious if you did your interview in person or over the phone?

Hi all,

I applied to the ABSN program for the February 2011 cohort, took my TEAS just yesterday and am waiting for the rest of my official transcripts to reach USN. It seems that others were able to get an interview prior to even taking the TEAS. I'm a little worried about not doing so well on the TEAS and was wondering how much is the TEAS weighted to get admitted into the program? I tried emailing some of the advisors at USN, but have not heard back. With Febraury rolling in soon, is it typical for the interview/admission process to move so quickly? For those who have been accepted, would you please share your application, interview, and notice of acceptance timeline so I can guage when I might expect to hear from USN? Thanks!

Hi,

I was just accepted to the University of Southern Nevada. I was wondering if anyone could give me some information on where to find roommates, where to look for housing...etc. It seems like a lot to figure out in 4 weeks!

congrats nataliex128x!!when do you start the program? i applied for the april 2011 cohort. i spoke with an advisor and she mentioned that they can help you find a roommate. they have a database with people who are also looking for a roommate. how long does it take to hear back from the university once you submit your application? did you do a phone interview or in person?

I got accepted to the University the third week of October!!!! I just made an account and found this thread. Has anyone moved already? !! @ Inspiration I think we interviewed on the same day
