Happy new year! I was just wanting to start a new thread for people who will be applying to USF CRNA program this year, 2025! Applications will be opening Feb 15, right around the corner. I still have a few things to complete. Taking Chem and A&P 1 and 2 over again at HCC.. took them 10 yrs ago so having to take again ?Not that A&P has changed much haha. I'll be applying before the priority deadline in Aug. Good luck to everyone applying this year!!
Has anyone else received an email stating that their application is still under consideration? I just received an email from them today stating that. I'm nervous because I applied in April and received an email a few days after that my application was under review with the program. I'm just worried because they've had my application this long and I haven't gotten an invite to interview that I may not get one.

I received that same email but I interviewed in May

...Also, does anyone know if anyone have gotten acceptance off their waitlist from the previous years?
They didn't give any reason whatsoever. They just stated that my application was not selected for this current admission cycle.

Yes I interviewed! I submitted 7/25, received my invite to interview on 8/1 and interviewed on 8/9.

Also second time applying & interviewing, so to everyone who didn't get in, that was me a year ago... I know it sucks, very sorry! ❤️ I emailed the director & it was my interview last year that got me rejected. She did say in the info session, she likely would not be able to reply to many people if you did email but I feel like it's a good thing to email. Another time they see your name! She recognized me in my interview that I previously applied, etc. Good luck!
Good luck to anyone accepted into the program or awaiting to hear back for an interview. I had every intention of applying by the priority deadline (August 15th), but wanted to wait until I received by CCRN & did not receive my USF ID until August 16th, so that's when I had to apply. I am hoping I still get a chance at an interview spot.

Good luck! I applied for the first time this go around. May I ask how the interview went? This is what I'm most nervous for if the time comes, I tend to get nervous and trip over my thoughts.

I recommend most doing a mock interview. I did it with my mom on FaceTime through my Mac cause services can be very expensive. I wrote out a bunch of common CRNA questions and had her ask me then so I could get the practice and feel of saying my answers out loud and it helped me SO much. If I felt anxious in the interview, I just imagined like I was talking to my mom 🤣

Yes I received the same emails. I applied August 16th, the day after the priority deadline because I didn't have my USF ID # yet. They said today no students have yet to be placed on the waitlist so hopefully there is still hope for an interview.
