University of South Florida (USF) CRNA DNP 2019 Program

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone is applying to USF's CRNA DNP program starting in May 2019. I noticed there was not a thread for this yet. I figured I would create one. I am planning on applying in the next month just need to take my GRE, and finish my application process.

Did they mention anything to you about when you'd find out? I had my interview on the 27th as well!

I went ok I guess. It was all behavioral based question and it's very difficult to gauge how u did with those type of questions. The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming and that helped me to relax. I think I did well but then again u never know with behavioral questions.

Did they tell you when you'd find out?

No and I forgot to ask. My nerves and anxiety were on high

I asked them when we'll get a response and was told "typicall 30 day but it usually takes less time than that." They also mentioned that they'll be interviewing another batch of applicants on sept 10th, so if anything we will know shortly after that.

Awesome good to know. I know it's only been a couple days, but I've been sweating about it. Few students from the last few years have told me they found out within a couple days to a week. I am anxious to find out!!

Just calm yourself and be optimistic. You'll get in....we all will. I'm trying to will it into existence with my positive thoughts. We've all given it our best shot and that's all we can do. So it's just a waiting game at this point

Wait it was seriously all behavioral based questions??? I've been studying clinical stuff like a maniac!! (And obviously regular questions too but I was sure they'd pound us with clinical questions)

Thought so too. It was a relatively laid back interview for me. Got a few more interviews to attend next month. Any work yet from the program?
