Good luck, I'm sure you did better than you think! The biggest change they've made this year is using the Kira to narrow the applicant pool. Last year if you got and interview invite, you completed the Kira and automatically were in for the in person interview. This year they've flipped it to where if they feel you do poorly on the Kira assessment, they do not move you forward.

I will say that the in person interview is going to be clinical heavy. If you put it on your CV you need to know it in and out.

Did you get the invite today? I still haven't heard anything...I wonder if they're going in order of application submission? I applied near the end of the application window.

Yes I did. I applied in beginning of July. I'm not sure how they're notifying people

I got the first phase invite for Kira. Does anyone know it its more clinical base questions or more EI focused for this? Thanks 🙂

EI only, clinical comes with the in person
