Did anyone apply or submit the application for Summer 2024 CRNA at university of South Carolina. Am applying as well. Fingers crossed ?

I do feel like I was challenged a bit during one of them but I feel like that's normal, they want to see the kind of person you are and how you respond to stress, they want to see if you are teachable. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but it just means they weren't the program meant for you! Sometimes certain people are compatible with certain programs, sometimes they aren't. I was rejected from the first program I interviewed at, I let that push me even harder for the next one. Take it as a lesson, learn from it and keep applying to more programs. You will get in!
Me too - I really liked the staff and the interaction and their friendliness. Not sure what happened with the other person but that is not the general consensus of what others experienced. I did have challenging moment too and probably the harder of the 3 schools I've interviewed with but they never once seemed like they were trying to be cruel.
The interviewing itself was okay. You could tell that they were pushing a little bit to see how you'd respond (at one point one of the interviewers was basically arguing and counter arguing with himself haha. That one was kind of funny ?). For me it was the after part of it when they literally stood there in that main room and started saying "we don't want you if …(insert comment here)” over and over again while looking at me and grinning. It was very off-putting and socially sophomoric. I've interviewed elsewhere too, and this is the first and only time I've come across a panel doing something like that. I'm sure that normally they're a good group, but for whatever reason they were just needing to get that out of their system that day I guess. Either way lesson learned. Will not be applying there again, and won't be recommending them to people. ?♂️
@JacobmarY we are all going to have a different experience, both good or bad. However, your feelings are valid and body language tells a lot about people. I am sorry they made you feel this way. You are brave for speaking up. Also, you may not be the only one that felt this but not everyone will talk about their negative experience. You will get in somewhere and become a CRNA!

It is so awesome! Will you be able to share your background? I am getting discouraged when I had interviews and didn't get in after flying to different locations 😞 Do you have any recommendations for the interview? Did they ask a lot of clinical questions? I am reviewing the CCRN info again. Thank you so much!
