Hey everyone! I just submitted my primary and secondary application to the Advanced Emergency Nursing NP program at USA for the Spring 2015. Has anyone else applied? I thought this would be a great way to meet potential class mates and to update everyone on application statuses. Ready, set, go!!

I applied for the fall semester 2015 :Bsn-Dnp- psychiatric track. Mailed my supplemental application yesterday. Still waiting for NursingCAS to get my last transcript & calculate my GPAs. Hope we both get in & maybe take some courses together. Good luck!

Thank you, Nursing girl28, BSN. I just realized I put the wrong term in my headline. It should have said Summer 2015, not Spring. I think my brain is already tired from trying to complete the application! I have also applied to the Fall 2015 DNP program. Hopefully I will get accepted to one or the other.Nursing CAS has not updated my GPA either. I hope we have an update soon. Good luck to you and please keep me posted as you find out updates!

That's ok. I too was stressed out with the application and chasing down schools to get my transcripts sent in. Good luck! Hope to hear from NursingCAS soon about the GPAs & share my news. Take care.

Nursing CAS has computed my GPA. Does anyone know if the school goes by your overall GPA, or individual class GPA? I haven't heard anything from the actual school regarding the Summer term for NP; however, I did receive an email from the DNP program stating they received my payment and supplemental application.

Your cumulative overall undergraduate GPA in Nursing CAS. It's also on the college of nursing website under DNP admission if you are looking for the criteria. They want a minimum of 3.0. Confirmed this by an email from the college too.

Ok friends, I haven't received anything in the mail yet, BUT I DID receive an email from the financial aid department requesting I complete financial aid forms. They sent a student ID and password. So...does that mean I've been accepted??

Hi tamtamrn,

Sorry I just saw your message. All I heard was from an email that I got from USA that over 500 applications were received for graduate school. CON also stated that decision letters should be received by applicatants by May 1st. I am so worried at this point. Good luck though!
