I was accepted earlier this month to the ENP/FNP dual role program at USA. The email of my acceptance arrived in an unusual, non-primary inbox that I just randomly happened to check. The mailed copy arrived shortly after. Good luck to all!
On a side note, I have competed all requirements through CastleBranch except one small thing. Does anyone here have a negative Hep B titer? There’s no way I’ll be able to have the entire series completed by the April 20 deadline. I’m waiting on a response from clinical affairs to see if they’ll accept a series in progress. On CastleBranch it says that is not accepted.

I completed acceptance packet but I have not started CastleBranch yet because I thought I have enough time till April 20. But I will start requirements list for acceptance next week. I believe my Hep B titer would be positive because I remember the result of mine previously and I had Hep B vaccine when I was a baby.
I would definitely get started on CastleBranch as soon as possible. It's quite a lot of things to complete.
I went ahead and got the first shot of the Hep B series today just to go ahead and initiate the process. In case anyone is reading this that is running into the same problem, the CDC states the body should have immunologic memory that remains intact for at least 30 years. I'm hoping the facility I received my most recent series from has a titer on record me showing I was a "non-responder" to the vaccines.

I would call the USA CON and ask to speak to someone. They're usually pretty good about working with you on CastleBranch stuff. CB is typically slow to update once you've submitted

Has anyone gotten accepted/rejected yet? I applied for the Acute Care Adult Gerontology. Still waiting to hear back.
