University of San Francisco - Orange County Campus (USF) ME-MSN Spring 2024

Hi there, 

I haven't seen a group post for USFCA for OC campus for Spring 2024. So I decided to make one!

hi! I'm just finishing up my application now. the program seems pretty difficult to get into, but I'm hoping for the best! I have a 3.9 cumulative GPA, all A's in my pre-reqs (besides 1 B in physiology), and I have experience working as a CNA. I got my BS in healthcare administration last year from CSULB.

I'm hoping that my personal statement will make up for any discrepancies throughout my application.

nope - this is my first time! I'm applying to some other BSN and ADN programs as well. I already got accepted into CSUSM's ABSN program, but it's just a little far away so it's not my 1st choice.

First time also! But my stats aren't as great as yours! I'm extremely anxious about it! I submitted my application a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Everyone?!

I'm so nervous waiting for an application update, this is definitely my top school as I love Orange County and USF Nursing was one of my top choices for undergrad. This is the first graduate nursing program I'm applying to as the others require chem with lab, I took Chem 1A and 1B at UCI that did not have an accompanying lab or the programs do not accept in progress classes. I have a 3.82 cumulative, As in all prereqs so far and CNA and medical internship experience. I heard that only 24 people get into the OC program so it is highly competitive  which is definitely stressful to think about. Best of luck to all of us and I look forward to hearing about everyone's experience with the application process❤️

Did you apply to any other programs at all?  Same I'm extremely nervous about it!

I am working on my app for the CSUF ABSN for fall 2024 due at the end of nov but that is about it. For all the other programs I plan on applying to, I need to take Chemistry with Lab which I will do this Winter! What about you, any other programs?

Hello, does anyone know if there is a thread for USFCA ME-MSN Program Spring 2024 SF campus? And will we hear something about admission next week?

Hi! I am not sure if there is a thread for only SF but the one I attached below seems to have both SF and OC applicants in there. we're not sure when exactly it'll come out but for sf last year, they heard around this week (nov 2 2022 so today LOL) and oc was the following week (nov 9 2022) hope this helps and good luck!
