University of San Francisco - Orange County Campus (USF) ME-MSN Spring 2022

Published

Hi guys! I wanted to create a forum for USF’s (Orange County) ME-MSN Spring 2022 cohort because I couldn’t find one.

To start I am a little confused about the ME-MSN program and what the outcomes are and it’s been hard to get in touch with someone at the school. On my application when you pick your program it says MSN-CNL...but I’m pretty sure this program doesn’t end in a CNL licensure? Does anyone have anymore information on this/can clarify this? Thanks everyone ?

Hello! I got into the Spring 2022 cohort and I had my BLS done before acceptance into the program. I believe it helps your application to already have it on your resume. I would need to get mine renewed while in school. Which is fine, it won't be too much of a hassle.

Oh cool OK thanks also if I may ask. On the health reqs it also says we need a physical within 6 months of entrance does this mean we don’t do the physical before entering? Like we have to do it during the first semester?

Once you get accepted, they'll send out a health requirement thing and you just have to complete it before the first day of class.

Hi all! For those who were accepted to Spring 2022, how long after you submitted your app did you find out about your acceptance?

Hi Everyone,

I just got accepted into the program at Orange County and I would love to hear your honest feedback and how the program is! please send all pros and cons!

Hello,

for those of you currently attending USF MSNE, how do you feel about the learning environment? Is there any simulation labs? What does the class schedule look like? Is it mainly hybrid?  Are you able to work PT or FT?

I appreciate the feedback as I am trying to see if this school is a good fit for meeven though it's 20 min from by house.
