Hi Guys,

I also applied to the ME-CNL program for Spring 2013. I still haven't heard back from USF. I emailed the admissions office a couple of days ago and received an email back yesterday that "a decision has not yet been made by the department". However, at the top of the email, a USF ID number was included. Do all applicants receive a USF ID number because I thought that application ID numbers and USF ID numbers are different. I heard that some of you are getting phone calls since yesterday, and it makes me even more anxious!! I mean...does it really take more than a day to call the 30-40 applicants who got accepted? Ohhh man this wait is killing me...

Hi pinkcheeks,

I believe all USF applicants get an ID number. I noticed that too in my emails when I was corresponding with the office a few months ago.

As for the phone call, I don't know if she will take more than a day to call those admitted, but the admission packets will definitely be mailed today and will be received in the next few days, so you could be on the look out for that. Plus, there is always the wait list! Good luck!

I too have not received a call and, while i'm waiting to get official news, I am assuming that means I did not make it. That being said- I did apply to 15 different schools (yeah, I covered my bases) .... and while USF was my first choice, I know there will be somewhere perfect for each of us.

I really just wanted to say a "HUGE CONGRATS" to those who did make it!!! I wish you all nothing but the best. Hopefully, one day we may work side by side in a hospital together. :)

Just wanted to say that I too received a phone call yesterday around 5:00pm notifying me of my acceptance! I am from Pleasanton, CA and will be looking to move to SF soon! I look forward to meeting you all that will be in the spring cohort :)

I am also assuming that since I did not receive a phone call, it means I probably won't get accepted. But if anything, I hope I get on the wait list because USF is my first choice too. I only applied to 2 schools....what are my chances .. :down:

Superfryk, thanks for the congrats, and I really think that you and pinkcheeks still have a chance! You don't know about the wait list yet, plus you can still beef up your resume and apply for the summer cohort! That was what I was going to do if I didn't get in this round.

Congratulations to everyone that has been accepted!!! I also received a phone call this week about my acceptance, and am anxiously awaiting the arrival of our information packets! I'm SO excited, and can't wait to meet all of you! =) I am from Sacramento and I'm currently looking for a place to live.

I received my packet today! woot woot! We have quite a bit of stuff to do before we start on the 22nd of next month. Looking forward to all of it. I think those of us that live in the bay area should be receiving packets today.
