Hi, I am new to the forum! Did any of you transfer students receive your acceptance letters yet?

Did anyone else hear back?

I got an email today saying im on the wait list.... aahhhhh!!!!! anyone know how many people applied this term?

I hope you get!!!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, has anybody else heard back from USF? Has anyone received rejection letters?

Specializes in ICU.

Does anyone know if it actually takes 3.5 years to graduate?

Yes, if you are a 7 semester transfer student. Its a BS program, so its typical to take 3-4 years no matter what. Samuel Merritt may be the only BSN program to take less time

Hm. Most programs that I've applied to said that it would take 4 or 4.5 semesters to graduate since I'm transferring in with all my GEs completed. But since USF only requested that we take 3 or 4 major pre-reqs, I guess that makes sense. The letter does say that the first semester will be spent taking any remaining nursing pre-reqs or core curriculum, but I'm wondering if it's possible to finish sooner if those classes have been taken elsewhere and are transferrable?

Also, have you been able to access your degree evaluation on USF connect?

Hi guys,

I still haven't heard a peep from USF and am beginning to really worry. Did they forget about me?

Dont worry beckybee, I haven't either. lol. i was told to wait one or two more days then call back.

@ fbrlauren, yes I have accessed my degree evaluation through USF connect. It's good to check because I noticed that they forgot to count my anatomy lab, so I called ---------------- and she corrected it.

@ those who are waiting, I really hope you guys get in:)

I also have not heard anything back from USF. I called today and the lady also told me to wait a couple days and if I still do not recieve anything to call back. I am worried also. I wonder if there are still acceptance letters going out.. :(
