So, I'm in the same position as you where I will start my clinicals in spring 2014. I was wondering if I still have to take all the pre reqs again since I completed them already? Unless the classes are different? Do you know anything about it?

Khinniie, I'm pretty sure you aren't going to take all the pre reqs again, but they do require we take the one or two (can't remember lol) required english classes even if we already taken the same english classes at another college. Do you know how many people applied this Spring semester? Just curious.

Hi all! I got my acceptance letter over the weekend! I'm so excited to transfer to USF (i'm currently at SFSU). This was my second time applying and i'm so glad I got in this time! Looking forward to meeting you all.

I definitely find it a bummer that we don't officially starting nursing courses until Spring 2014 but it will take 6-8 semesters starting that spring, depending on what pre-req courses you have completed. I'm probably going to pick up a minor in the meantime, take the Jesuit nursing theory course, and the required ethics/theology course.

And I think over 300 people applied (what the counselors said at the info session)! for only like 20 spots right? wow

Still haven't gotten anything yet Do you think it goes by when you submitted your application? Because I sent mine the night before the deadline.

I think pretty much all acceptation letters/emails have been sent out because think about it.. they are only admitting 20 (30 max) people and it doesn't take that long to send out letters to 30 people...

I'm not sure vivs. I submitted mine in July.

But yes I did call the admissions today and the first thing they asked me was when I turned my application in... My application was sent few days before the November deadline and I still have not received anything yet.

vivs, My application was a little unorganized lol. I sent in my application in September, but it wasn't completed until I submitted my essay just a few a minutes before the deadline.

sfsunursing - What did the say when you called them? Did they say they sent out all the admission letters already?
