University of San Diego (USD) MEPN - Spring 2026

Has anyone else applied to USD MEPN program for Spring 2026? I believe this is the first time they are doing a Spring cohort!

The cost of this program is scary. You can apply for fed loans, not sure about scholarship assistance. In CA, if you work as a nurse in an underserved area, you can qualify to have the gov pay back your loans. https://bhw.HRSA.gov/funding/apply-loan-repayment/nurse-corps

Thank you for the information!! Definitely going to look into federal loans & loan repayment options.

Nope. I think they'll send the agenda closer to the interview day.

Does anyone have any insight on what the interview is going to be like? What resources are you guys using to prepare? I'm so nervous 😕

what do u guys think the interview rotations will be like 🤔 is it all group based? seems like a pretty short day

I think that is pretty standard. I have spoken to other people from different MEPN programs and their interview days were 4-5 hours. 
 

I believe they are all group based interviews. I think we will rotate to different interviewers. 
 

Either way, I'm still so excited and hope we all get in.

I'm excited too and wishing for the best for us all 🙂 any particular way your prepping? I saw some questions on another feed: why nursing, what does integrity mean to you

I saw those as well. Honestly, I might skim some of those threads. But I don't wanna overwhelm myself. I'll prolly just wing it the day of! Don't stress! 
 

are you from San Diego as well? Or the Bay Area?

yes I'm in the bay 🙂 I also got into usf for fall 2025 but I am really hoping to move down! lived in SD as a kid and I miss it
