Sorry if this has question has already been asked, but does anyone know how many people are typically accepted into the program?

when I went to the open house a while back, I believe they said the cohort size is 40.

Good luck to everyone who interviewed! Waiting to hear back is so hard, but excited to hear back in a couple weeks!? Did anyone find out if they only accept 40 into the cohort? I heard around 110 people interviewed.

Yes, I confirmed with faculty at the end of the interviews. 40 people.

Thanks! Yes, the waiting part is the hardest. I'll be constantly checking my email and here for the next few weeks ?. Good luck everyone

Would you all say we hear back around March 17?

Hopefully before then! ? I was hoping by the second week! But I think for sure by the 17th since they said middle of March.

How are you all feeling? Is USD your first choice, only choice, back up choice? I feel like by now, other schools have sent their acceptances. Just some conversation ideas while we wait LOL

USD is definitely my first choice, I loved the interview day and the faculty was so warm and welcoming. I know they only accept 40 into a cohort so that makes me very nervous ? I applied to UCLA and was rejected, still waiting to hear back from one more ABSN program but USD is by far my #1 choice! How about you?

USD is my first choice as well. I hope to hear positive news soon. 40/120. It's rough.

Does anyone know if the acceptances will come via mail or email? I know that in the past they have sent physical letters, I wasn't sure if they are still doing that.

I'm thinking they will send out emails for acceptance/rejection letters. The reason being is because all other communication I.e. interview invitations, headshot requests, and interview day instructions, were sent via email, not snail mail.

I know in previous years the acceptance and waitlist letters came physically in the mail before email...not sure if they are still doing that but I am still checking my mailbox everyday ?
