I believe a good number of us who posted receiving an acceptance letter will plan on going to USD. I definitely am for numerous reasons.

I spoke to a 1st year MEPN student who mentioned their cohort had a good number of people who were on the waitlist so there's definitely a chance.

The deadline to pay the deposit is coming up in 2 weeks so you'll find out soon!

Definitely hoping for the best for you all.

For those on the waitlist don't give up! I have a friend that got admitted to the program, but will be declining her spot. At the very least, there is definitely a seat still open.

As for myself, I plan on accepting. Has anybody paid the deposit yet? Hope to meet you all at boot camp!

I paid mine!

Financial aid award is being sent out too if people have yet to check their email or their portal.

Hi Everyone!

I was doing some research on the University of San Diego's MEPN program and came across this thread. I am taking my science prerequisites now and hope to apply for the start date of fall 2018. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin as a psychology major and I was never required to take a speech class or English composition. However, my transcript states that my GER Communication Part A and B are both satisfied (I think if you got a certain grade on the entrance exam you did not have to take those courses). Basically, I am unsure if I have to take speech and english composition because i don't know whether the admissions team at USD accepts other courses from an accredited university as being adequate enough to fit these prerequisites. Did any of you guys have a similar problem and if so, did you end up taking speech or english composition post graduation?
