Thank you both! And this letter is written out in an essay format by the recommenders, correct? If my recommenders ask me for the letterhead to type it into, do you know if the HR is the one to provide that? I've never used a letterhead so I'm curious as to how to obtain it!

Hello! Congratulations to those who got accepted/received an interview invite. It's a competitive process out there, so even getting waitlisted is a huge accomplishment! My plan is to apply this Fall and I was wondering those who got accepted, who did you ask for your LOR? I see one of the requirements is a nurse supervisor and NP/MD/CRNA. If any of you worked Night Shift, did you use a charge RN vs a nurse manager since management cannot really speak to your skills during Night Shift? In regards to the CRNA LOR, can it be the person you shadowed or do you have to work with them in your hospital? Thanks in advance and congratulations!

@mangotaco i have not received anything after the offer letter! I wish we had an idea on when we need to be in the area for the rest of the hiring process @JSiaps we applied directly through the cedars website under the jobs opening. I looked up rn residency when the app posted!
