Congrats! I also got the call yesterday & will be starting in January. Though I am thinking about taking a few classes in August to lighten the load for later in the program.

Congrats to you to! Do you know what the next step will be. Did you get your letter yet? Please let me know when you get your letter in the mail. Also, after we submit our deposit, is that when we will start to get more information about finanical aid and how to sign up for classes and stuff? I really wasnt thinking when they called me because I was so excited! Did you ask them what the next couple of steps will be?

Can you please let me know when you receive your letter or have you already received it yet? Just wondering. I figured we will be getting them around the same time. Also, where do you plan on living and do you know of anyone that may be looking for a potential roommate. I just think it would be much cheaper for me that way being single and all. Also, do you know what the next steps will be. Like after we pay the deposit, is that when they tell us when and how to sign up for classes & financial aid & mentor stuff. Did you ask them those question. I was so excited I forgot everything but now I dont know what the next step is besides getting a letter and sending back with my deposit.

I haven't received it yet. Let me know when you receive yours too. Don't know where we're going to live yet. We're looking around now. I've heard that some of the areasto look at are Squirrel Hill, Highland Park, & Shadyside. They're all near Pitt and I've heard quite a few SRNAs live in these areas. I'm hoping that with the letter they send us all the paperwork and info we'll need. I also know that for those of us that don't have a PA nursing license, we'll have to apply for one.

Hello to both of you and congrats. I too will be starting in January. I had my interview in December. I was supposed to start in the Fall but decided to just take courses for a lighter load and start in the Spring. Anyway, hopeful 82, I got your private message but because I'm not a member I cannot reply somehow. I emailed you about the housing, I'm not sure if you got it. Just to answer some questions:

Once you get your letters, you send your deposit. Then you fill out your FAFSA and submit a financial aid supplement that can be found on the Pitt website. you can do this either prior to getting your letter. Then they give you an award letter stating what you are qualified for. To register for classes, you have to contact Cyndi Mclellan. Your letter will come with a lot of information. Don't fret. And if you have questions, just call them. THey are very helpful. So excited to meet you guys.

I plan on living in either one of those three areas as well. Just make sure you check the police report of crime in that area because there are some parts of HIghland Park and Shadyside that cars are broken into frequently. What classes are you planning on taking early. There are a few classes I want to take early as well but I want to take it where I currently live. I will submit a syllabus to see if they will accept the classes but I definately cant move up there early.

Nothing for me yet either and I just checked the mail today again. I will wait another week and then maybe call but please let me know if you get yours so I know whats going on and I will do the same.
