I applied for the accelerated nursing program at University of Oklahoma in San Diego for fall 09 and I am anxiously waiting for the results. Does anybody know when they will notify the applicants?

I guess it depends on the kind of job...how many hours etc...what kind of job are you thinking about? do you have any medical background?

Hello and congrats to the new accepted students. I plan to apply to OU soon and I was wondering, for those of you who got accepted, can you please tell me your average GPA's and are there any pet peeves I should look out for? If it's too private and you prefer to PM me, that would be great too. (I tried and somehow I couldn't PM at all). I'm really anxious so any help on this would be grateful. Truly appreciate it!!

you should all go to DISTANCE LEARNING....there is a loooong thread about the OU nursing program.

Thank you Laura!! :) I tried PM you back but I couldn't. Sorry .. but thank you regardless!

Also any of you know that they would pick one or average the grades out if you take both classes for the requirement ... for example, the whole series of U.S. History, or more relevantly, science series like Chem 120 (Prep for General Chem) and Chem 141 (General Chem). Will they pick your higher graded one or will they average them out? THANKS!
