Hi everyone, just wondering who else is applying to the CRNA program at UNCG for the fall of 2024 start. Submitted my application.

It could be up to December so we will just have to be patient. Hopefully it's sooner but I guess we will see.

Has anyone heard anything back? Getting anxious about it. The interview kind of stressed me out, probably not a good sign...

Haven't heard anything since I submitted but are the interviews online or in person?
They are via zoom

The waiting game isn't fun ? not sure if anyone has heard back yet. I interviewed Day 1 and still waiting to hear back.

I have a former coworker that interviewed today. Maybe they're waiting until they finish a few groups to send anything out?

Hello, congrats on your completion! I have an interview scheduled and I feel like I don't have much time to prepare. Can you tell me what to focus on? Do they focus on clinical or more personality based questions? Thank you!
I would say half clinical half and emotional intelligence. I personally won't go into specifics further than that because I feel like it's an injustice to those that interviewed before you.

I was just invited to interview today. I'm scheduled for 9/21. Super nervous!

Hopefully we hear something soon. It looks like all further interviews (at least for the next few weeks) are only on Tuesday's- instead of Tuesday and Thursday- so maybe they have time to review applicants and extend offers after this week. Good luck to everyone!

Yea I hate to be that person but like the other person said it won't be fair to others if I give you the specifics. Also, what I got asked will most likely be different than what you will be asked so I don't want to give you that false hope. Generally, you should expect mixed clinical and emotional intelligence questions. These clinical questions should be pertaining to your specific ICU experiences. So that should give you an idea how to prepare for it. Honestly, I thought the UNCG's interview was fair and a lot more straightforward and laid back compared to other schools. But of course, things could change as always. I know this advice sounds very generic but be yourself and be humble. Good luck with your interview!
